Ian Richardson

Ian has specialised in Family Law since 1995 and has been with the firm since 1998. He is an accredited Family Law Specialist Solicitor with Resolution (https://resolution.org.uk/) and an accredited All Issues Family Mediator with The Family Mediation Council (www.familymediationcouncil.org.uk).

Ian has also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and is a member of the Colchester Collaborative Lawyers local practice group (www.collaborativelawyerscolchesters.co.uk).

Ian offers advice in all areas of Family Law but has a particular interest in financial settlements upon divorce or other relationship breakdown.

Ian is also qualified to undertake Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs).
