Dawn Dorrell

Dawn has over twenty years experience in Family Law, specialising in domestic violence and children matters with particular emphasis on emergency protection proceedings for both adult clients and their children. Dawn has been involved in high profile cases reported both in the legal and mainstream press.

Dawn is also experienced in European Hague Convention work and brought the case Re F (2003) 1FLR839 which made new law for father's. She works closely with the Police, Colchester Domestic Violence Forum, Women's Aid (www.womensaid.org.uk) and Social Care to provide a supportive and comprehensive service to her clients.
